Please note quotes do not include GST. By accepting the first quote and initial invoice and hence Ello commencing the project, clients agree to the following terms:

•All Graphic Design services, including brand and logo packages and personalised stationary, require a 50% deposit of the total value of the package, at the commencement of the project. Progress payments may be sent at our discretion if necessary. •Branding & Web projects includes 2 complimentary meetings. Packaging projects price includes 2 complimentary meetings. After which an hourly rate of $120 + GST applies.
Unless stated otherwise, all projects quoted are subject to the following terms and conditions. • Additional client requests which are outside this scope of work will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $120+GST. Inc additional meetings unless specified. • Within Product & Packaging, Website Development and Image creation packages a time limit of 1 month is applied after initial quotes are sent. If this window expires or a project is placed on hold, clients may be charged an additional hourly rate for updated information. This will be at our discretion. • All artwork is supplied in standard Macintosh format for the commercial printing industry. If artwork is required for PC standard formats, this may be facilitated through conversion bureaus and will be quoted and invoiced accordingly. • All disbursements such as colour printouts, photography, illustration, graphic materials, samples* and couriers are not included in the fees outlined above and will be invoiced as additional costs. *A % of the samples cost/s may be deducted if you place your packaging order through ELLO. Projects do not require samples in order to be completed. Packaging Projects are for the development and sourcing of potential suppliers and providing quotes for clients.
All deposits are not refundable, under any circumstances; The balance of your order is due at the completion of your project, and must be paid in full before your content or artworks are released; If you wish to cancel an order for one of these projects, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of a cancellation by either party, any deposit paid will be forgone in its entirety; however, we may waive the remaining balance depending on the stage of the project. If the project is near completion, you may be liable to pay the full amount of the balance owing. This will be at our discretion.
14 days notice is required for all Social Accounts/Monthly Projects. If a client wishes to stop the project immediately or before the current month has finished, no refund will be provided for the remaining period unless stated by Ello.
Fee For Service: - It is agreed that the fee for service shall be the cost estimates provided via email, unless work undertaken exceeds work outlined. If work undertaken exceeds the items specified in the quote, “The Client” agrees to pay appropriate fees for the excess work, outside the scope of the original agreement. Wherever possible the client will be notified of increases in the scope of the project.
Additional Work: - This is defined as any work involving additions to the list of items defined in the Project Proposal/Quote/Meetings or changes to all pieces of finished artwork after final approval by an authorised representative of “The Client”. From time to time “The Client” will require extra design requirements during a project, or extra files upon completion of a project. The client will be informed that the alterations or changes requested fall outside the scope of the original estimate. If the client wishes these alterations to be made they must agree in writing, and a fee of $100 per hour will be payable.
